Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policy
All
delegates booking a place on this training agree to the
following terms and conditions:
If you wish to cancel your booking for any reason, the
following conditions will apply:
No cancellation fees will be incurred if you:
a) Transfer your place to another delegate at least 14
days prior to the start of the training
b) Transfer or defer your place to another training of
the same type and cost at least 14 days prior to the
start of the training
If neither of the above apply, 90% of the course fee will
be refunded for bookings cancelled at least 30 days prior
to the start of the course.
Bookings cancelled less than 30 days and more than 7 days
prior to the course start date - 50% of the course fee
will be refunded.
Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to the course
start date - 25% of the course fee will be refunded.
Delegates
paying by instalment plan agree to pay the course fee in
full, subject to the cancellation terms
above.
If, owing to exceptional circumstances, the training has
to be cancelled or re-scheduled by Ian Watson Seminars,
you will be offered a full refund or, if you prefer, the
option to transfer your booking to another event of the
same type and cost where available.
Ian Watson Seminars reserves the right to record any part
of this training in any format, and all rights to such
recordings will remain the sole property of Ian Watson.
No other recordings of any kind will be permitted during
the training.
Course materials provided to delegates may not be copied
or distributed in any form without the written agreement
of Ian Watson.
